What is the eligibility criteria?
- Learners must be aged 19 years or over
- Learners must have lived in the EU for at least 3 consecutive years on a full visa
Is there a cost for the training courses?
There is no cost for our flexible training courses
When will I receive my certificate?
Certificates may take up to three months for delivery after successful course completion, as work is also independently verified
Are the courses accredited?
Yes, courses are accredited by a recognised awarding body for example NCFE or CACHE
What are the guided learning hours?
You will need to spend 2-6 hours per week completing the course, however, this will depend on your academic ability and existing knowledge
How long does it take to complete a course?
- Courses vary in units and length to complete.
- The average course has two units, you have three weeks to complete each unit.
Will I have any support?
Each individual will be provided with tutor contact details.
Are there any charges that could be incurred?
Yes, if a learner has enrolled onto a course and then decides to withdraw or does not hand their work in before the deadline, they may be subject to a charge of £125 (depending on circumstances).
